New Bridge Relinks a Community

When a 200-year storm passed through Ozark County in southern Missouri, the Hammond Bridge across Route CC was destroyed, causing the local school district to cancel the remainder of the school year and turning a short trip into a 45-minute detour. To restore the missing link, our experienced bridges and structures team worked with the Missouri Department of Transportation to solidify timely design plans. This new and improved bridge, completed in October 2017, can withstand severe weather for years to come.
