Leslie Duke, president of the Burns & McDonnell Houston office, leads a regional workforce of more than 700 employees. She joined Burns & McDonnell in 1999 as a project manager and structural engineer in electrical transmission and distribution, and went on to lead the practice in Houston and become a vice president in 2007. She became a senior vice president with the company in 2014, and a president in 2017.
