If you plan, build or operate power generation, you probably feel squeezed from two directions: Load growth is rising, and timelines are not getting any friendlier. Utilities are trying to meet reliability needs while serving new large-load customers. At the same time, a lot of the traditional “fast capacity” playbook still depends on equipment that in today’s market can come with long lead times.
